Gage & Tollner
Brand identity for the revival of Gage & Tollner, a legendary 125-year-old Brooklyn oyster and chop house.
We set out to bring back the original feeling of the restaurant’s branding, updated for the 21st century. This included commissioning a reinterpretation of an early wordmark, crafting a G&T monogram, and designing everything from menus to signage.
Identity designed with Hamish Smyth at Order. Wordmark designed with Jesse Ragan.
Photography: Lizzie Munro, Hamish Smyth
Facade sign painting: Travis Fitzsimmons
